- 150 g / 5.3 oz plain flour
- 100 g / 3.5 oz self-raising flour
- 180 g / 6.4 oz butter/margarine
- 75 g / 2.6 oz caster sugar
This is a very sweet treat that you can buy everywhere in Northern Ireland (where my mum and the recipe comes from), although I’ve never seen it anywhere else. Let me know if you have!
