Inspired by Snickers bars (still “Marathon” to some of us!), this no bake cheesecake is a a decadent combination of chocolate, caramel and peanut.

We’ve just got back from a few days in the Cotswolds (a very picturesque part of western England – see photos at the end of this post!).
On our way to the Cotswolds we made a short stop in Stratford Upon Avon and were lucky enough to stumble across Hobsons Patisseries and their giant scones, whose halves are separated by amazing towers of cream.
